Building renovation by inserting windows
Excellent work. Mike was very efficient tidy and organised. I am delighted with the window and shall be using him again soon to insert another window and other building work. The building regulations inspector approved his work without any qualms. His pricing is fair and his materials and work of good quality.

New shower and shower board fitted
We recently used 1st Choice Building to replace a complete shower unit which was old and leaking. The old tiles were replaced with shower board and a new tray and shower fitted. Once they had finished it looked great and was completed to a very high standard. They were very professional, knowledgeable and fairly priced. We would hire them again for any future work without hesitation.

He came to inspect the work done by his team and when he wasn’t happy with the standard, personally oversaw the additional work. Will definitely invite Mike back to quote for more work.

We are extremely happy with the workmanship and all other aspects of the 1st Choice Builders Team. They were very reliable, considerate and have done a superb job, completed in time and to budget.
